This page summarises how bookings and cancellations are handled. The executed booking application and agreement to sell always take precedence over this summary.

Booking amount A villa is provisionally held on receipt of the booking amount stated in your booking application. Allotment is confirmed once the application is accepted in writing.

Cancellation by the buyer A cancellation request must be made in writing to sales@gangavillas.in. Deductions applicable at the time of cancellation are set out in your booking application and agreement, and may include administrative charges and any statutory dues already paid.

Refund timelines Approved refunds are processed to the originating bank account, net of applicable deductions and taxes, within the period stated in your agreement.

Cancellation by the developer Where a buyer defaults on the agreed payment schedule, the allotment may be cancelled in accordance with the terms of the agreement, following written notice.

Taxes and statutory charges GST, stamp duty, registration charges and other statutory payments already remitted to authorities are not refundable by us.
